Mental Health Specialist

Jule Harle

From a young age, I have been interested in mental health and passionate about connecting with others. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Alaska Pacific University and M.A. in Counseling from U.A.A. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) & Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP) with the National Association of Ayurvedic Medicine; I am also 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

I blend ancient wisdom from Yoga & Ayurveda to facilitate deep healing. I combine "lifestyle medicine" (diet, herbs, movement, mindfulness, yoga, meditation and daily habit changes) to help people increase their states of wellness, vitality & mental health while incorporating talk therapy rooted in DBT techniques. I strive to "hold space" for all clients, approaching therapy with a non-judgmental & open mind, working individually with each person and truly "meeting them where they are at" in regard to their healing journey and personal goals. I am also trained in EMDR for patients who are seeking to process and break free from past trauma or destructive thinking patterns.

Jule has experience working with adolescents and adults with:

- Anxiety
- Depression
- Seasonal Affective Disorder
- Childhood Trauma
- PTSD
- Disordered Eating
- Addictive Tendencies
- Substance Abuse
- Low Self-Esteem
