Enjoy an evening of deep rest - every week! With the use of props, your body will be supported to fully relax in still poses that allow layers of stress to dissolve. You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and meditation, as well. Modifications are offered throughout the practice.

Heidi Jandel Weiland is a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner and holistic life coach specializing in restorative yoga and self-transformation.
