Come and experience the healing power of breath. Conscious breathing has been around for thousands of years. In this breath work journey, you will be breathing in specific patterns to achieve your goals and intentions. In each session, we combine different types of breaths (earth, water, air, fire and buzz breaths) for different durations, speeds and intensities. There will be times of holding out and retaining our breath to create shifts within the central nervous system. This will ripple out as physical, mental and emotional shifts in our bodies, resulting in a deeper connection with self and expanding your sense of awareness.

Expect rapid, deep breathwork for a steady duration to bring yourself to a powerful and energizing transformative state.
introduction to breath work - 20 min
Dance - 5 minutes
Breathing rounds (5 rounds) - 30 - 40 min
Guided meditation - 30 - 40 min
Integration and closing - 20 min
1 ~ Hour Slow Flow Experience:
This experience is low and slow to help regulate your nervous system. Excellent for beginners, for your experienced breather who wants to keep up there daily active “live” sensation. All levels welcome / Ages 12+.
Introduction- 10-15 min
Breathing rounds- 25-30 min
Guided and Sound mediation - 20 min
Integration- 5 min
