Sacred Sound is an ancient method to evolve consciousness and connect to your primordial self. This sound journey will have a powerful effect on your physical body by entraining your heart rate, brain waves and breathing into a peaceful rhythm. Soothing sensory sound bath cultivates a state of being known to promote healing on a cellular level and a feeling of body-mind well-being. This sound bath meditation is artfully crafted using 26 Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, drumming and the deep vibrations of a 32 inch Paiste Saturn gong. All sounds are harmonious and relaxing. The number of participants is limited to keep the space open and flowing so pre-register early!
Sound activates the parasympathetic nervous system to slow your heart rate, brain waves, breathing, reduce your blood pressure and release comfort hormones in your body. The effects are very healing emotionally and physically.

The doors will open at 6:30 PM, concert will begin at 7 PM for 90 minutes. Please arrive early to ground yourself in the studio, doors will close with no entrance after 6:55.
